It’s Ayana. It’s been a little while. Life has been moving—swift and deep—and I’ve been growing alongside it. As I’ve changed, so has the way I want to share with you.

After nearly a decade of digital episodes, I felt a deep, almost primal longing to return to the land—to be in-person with the guests we love, sharing stories not just through screens, but side by side, heart to heart, surrounded by the living world.

So, we slowed down our weekly releases and hit the road. We’ve been gathering intimate, tender, raw, funny, and soulful conversations. And now, I’m thrilled to share a glimpse of what’s emerging:
