This September, For The Wild will be attending the upcoming Jackson Wild Summit (formerly the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival & Conservation Summit.)
For one week every autumn, filmmakers, conservationists, scientists and innovators come together to deeply engage on the critical issues facing our planet. TheJackson Wild Summit is an extraordinary annual convening where collaboration and innovation thrive, and new ideas are launched. Cross-disciplinary conversations on the critical issues facing our planet set the stage for strategic partnerships that happen nowhere else, as participants work together to address conservation and environmental challenges. In 2019, the conservation focus will be Living Oceans.
For The Wild’s presence at Jackson Wild will include networking with filmmakers and other amazing influential delegates working in conservation, research, activism and media to create an on location episode sharing about critical issues relating oceans. Additionally, Ayana will be a featured panelist on Jackson Wild’s panel all about podcasts, which will be facilitated with a "case study" approaching, showcasing various clips from the panelists and their work in podcasts and sound production on Wednesday Sept. 25, 2019 at 11:30am.
